What you’ll do:
- Diagnose and repair laboratory instruments in our workshop & at customer sites. Keep these lovely instruments in check!
- Help us build and maintain a low-code customer tracking portal.
- Set up smart automations to keep customers updated automatically.

What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on repair & analytical skills (mechanical/electronic/control & instruments). Refrigeration knowledge is a plus!
- Experience with low-code tools like Airtable, Glide, Softr, or Microsoft Power Apps.
- A passion for improving workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
- Great communication skills.
- Owned transportation (a must)
